Rick Latona Auctions, LLC and TRAFFIC ccTLDs, LLC (hereafter “RLA”) is committed to protecting your privacy and the personal information you provide to us. RLA is proud of the fact that we do NOT sell or rent your personal information including your email address to third parties. Because we do collect personal information and make use of this information in products and services we provide, we want you to fully understand what information we collect, how we use this information, and the steps we take to protect your privacy and personal information.

The privacy practices of RLA and this Privacy Policy apply to the services provided by RLA as well as all of the webpages located on the domain, sub domain, folders or files of www.ricklatona.com (hereafter referred to as the “Site”). By visiting this Site or registering for the services herein, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
By accepting this Privacy Policy you expressly agree and consent to RLA’s use of your personal information as described herein. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the RLA Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy is effective upon your first use of the Site or upon your registration for any of the services offered by RLA, whichever shall first occur.
2. AGE RESTRICTION
If you are under the age of 18, you may not use this Site and therefore you may not register nor may you enter information into our customer database.
3. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
RLA only collects personal information about you during the registration and as part of our service delivery processes and this information is necessary for us to provide you with our services in an efficient, customized, and user-friendly manner. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Registration is not necessary for your use of many features of the Site. Once you do register for the Site and give us your personal information, you have chosen to use our services and are thus required to provide us with contact and identity information, billing information, and other personal information as indicated on the forms located on the Site. Since part of the personal information that is collected and safeguarded by us is your email address, we try very hard to respect your time and privacy by controlling and limiting the frequency of mailings.
There may be occasions when we will present you with special offers either from us or from third-party service providers, which may include communications, newsletters, commercial advertising, or other promotional or special event materials (collectively referred to as “Offers”). Certain non-personal information may be collected from visitors to this Site including, but not limited to, their browser type, operating system, IP address, and the domain name from which they accessed the Site. Other non-personal information may be collected such as browsing behavior, date and time of visit, the pages visited; the time spent viewing the Site, the number of times the visitor returns to the Site, and click-stream data. We do not track any information about visitors once they leave our Site.

7. AUCTION ACTIVITY
If you choose to bid on one or more domains through one of our RLA Auctions, we may collect information about your bidding behavior, the transactions you are involved in and your other activity on the Site. We use this information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, collect fees owed, pay amounts due you, verify your account data, measure your interest in RLA’s products and services, inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates, customize your experience, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity, and enforce our Terms of Service. At times, we may look across multiple users to identify problems or resolve disputes, and we may examine your information to identify users who are violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
8. CORRESPONDENCE
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities on the site, we may collect such information into a file specific to you related to your account and/or your correspondence.
9. DEMOGRAPHIC DATA

RLA will always cooperate with law enforcement authorities and appropriate third parties, to enforce laws, intellectual property rights, and to prevent fraud. In response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, login name history, fraud complaints, and site use history, with or without a subpoena. Without limiting the above, we will not disclose your personal information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to protect our rights or to prevent imminent physical harm, financial loss or to report suspected past, present, or future illegal activity. 11. YOUR USE OF SITE INFORMATION
In some circumstances, you will come into possession of personal information belonging to other registered users of the RLA Site. By using the Site or by registering for the services and accepting the Terms of Service, RLA hereby grants to you, with respect to other RLA customer’s personal information that you obtain through use of the Site or through a RLA-related communication or RLA-facilitated transaction, a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use such information only for: (a) RLA-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b) using services offered through RLA, and (c) any other purpose that an RLA customer expressly agrees to after you tell them the purpose you would like to use it for. Under no circumstances, except as defined herein, may you disclose personal information about another RLA customer to any third party without the written consent of RLA and the written consent of that customer, including, but not limited to, email correspondence with RLA staff regarding RLA customers, whether in the course of providing RLA services or otherwise. You agree that other RLA customers may use your personal information to communicate with you in accordance with this paragraph as well.
12. SECURITY
RLA aggressively protects the security of our Site and our servers by following generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us. No method of transmission over the Internet, or of electronic storage, is totally safe and secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
13. MODIFICATION
RLA may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and when modified the new Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site. RLA reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site, so please check it frequently. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective upon the posting thereof on the Site.
