Cartier Pasha De Cartier 2111 solid yellow gold

Talk about a watch that's worth its weight in gold. The Cartier Pasha De Cartier 2111 Chronograph is heavy and it feels good.

Here's a little knowledge for you. A Pasha is an individual with military authority in countries like Egypt, Turkey and Morocco. It was the Pasha of Marrakech (a tourist town in western Morocco) that commissioned the first Cartier Pasha in 1933. He wanted a watch that was suitable for swimming. Thus, the Pasha De Cartier is one of the earliest water resistant wristwatches.

This watch has 37 jewels; a huge amount for those that don't know. It has a white Guilloche dial with gold hour markers and blue luminescent hands.

It has a strong and sturdy design that makes me think of the Arch de Triumph in Paris, a monument that has surely had its share of Cartier watches visit it.

This is not an inexpensive watch but fortunately, on the after market, it can be bought for considerably less than you would spend on a new one. If it's your thing, reach out to us and we'll work a deal.

The watch we have comes complete with the box and papers.
