The cat below was on Germany.com for years. The owner refused to talk to domainers. Anyway, I’ve secured a management agreement with the owner so it is now my responsibility. The site you see live on www.germany.com now is a site that my team built.

When you say management agreement, is this a rev-share type deal where you develop the name, he gets a cut or is it a lease where you can do what you want?
I ask because I’m working on something very similar to this right now.
The site is his and his alone. I’m just lucky enough to run this project for him and take a cut.
Excellent – Nice to see a name of such quality finally being put to good use (even though the cat was cute !) , congrats.
It might be worth looking into signing up as an affiliate with Booking.com – they advertise about 7,000 + hotels in Germany which can be integrated into your website.
