Welcome NamePros.com Fans

March 27th, 2008 by Rick Latona

No doubt, many of you are coming here for the first time. If you don’t know me or you’ve never heard of me, I sell domains. I sell a lot of domains.

My newsletter is the biggest in the industry. I send it daily Monday through Friday at random times. In the newsletter I sell premium domains at or below wholesale prices. Here are just a few examples of names I’ve sold this year and their corresponding prices. I’ve chosen these samples to give you a feel of what you can get from me for various price levels.

Nursing-Homes.com – $1000
Beagles.net – $2000
Microcomputers.com -$12,000
Baltimore.net – $17,500
CreditCrunch.com – $20,000
SaintAugustine.com – $60,000
Thin.com – $200,000

The only way to find out about these deals is to sign up for the newsletter at the top of this webpage.

Being that this is also RickLatona.com and not RicksListOfDomains.com I also blog about my personal life. It has only been a month or so since I’ve launched the site so it is still starting to take on a life of its own.

More features will be coming live throughout the coming weeks but I’ll do my best to not crowd the site and the mission too much. At the end of the day I just want to sell a lot of domains at great prices.

Please, if you haven’t done so already, join my newsletter. That’s what this is all about.

  17. When I saw NamePros today, I was like “wtf? is this April fools day or something?”. When it all comes down to it, I like the design. It definitely caught my attention and its keeping one of the places I frequent financially stable.

    Thanks =)

P.S. I think you sold Nursing-Homes.com too cheap!

  18. Nothing against ypu, Rick, but I hate the way NamePros looks. I think it’s a unique way of doign things, but I don’t like it.

  19. I agree with Douglas, the color is too much to take. I can’t even look at it. No offense Rick.

    Regards,
    Emil

  20. Rick Latona says:

  24. RoderickPagnossin says:

We all love success stories. Hope your industry growth continues, we can use more real, honest domainers like yourself who can think on their feet. Goodkarmaco.

  25. Rob says:

You NamePros people are the biggest bunch of WHINERS I’ve come across since my kids were toddlers. WHO GIVES A S**T about the skin???? Are you on the forum for the content, or are you on it for visual ectasy? Why don’t you all head over to WalMart this weekend, buy yourselves one of those soothing beach scene and palm trees pictures, and put it above your computer screens so you can look up at it when you are feeling sad about this major change that was forced upon your lives. While you are there, you may want to head over to the baby section and pick yourselves up some pacifiers also.

    GEEZ. GET OVER IT, ALREADY!!!!

  26. Joe says:

This is the marketplace I have been looking for. Straight up, good domains you want, prices with potential for growth. Best place to find quality domains by far. Can’t wait, since 2000 I have been investing in domains, rather than putting my money in the stock market, I have done quite well, Diversification is key, with quality names, ricklatona.com adds liquidity, and markets to qualified buyers, win win for all. Anyone know who owns pizza.com is at $999,999 at sedo, reserve not met, bet the reserve is a cool million.

  27. Ace says:

First of all i would like to say hello to rick.
Secondly Ty Maier , all thats up with those theme haters is that they are being honest ( no offence ). I see that this theme is a quick make as it is using the same header as this site LOL!! . I hope you get a good theme maker soon.

    Have a blast.
    Ace.

  28. Jose says:

    Rick,

    What about RSS?

I don’t usually sign up for newsletters, but I do however have an iGoogle “panel” with a tab just with RSS feeds about domain name feeds; yours would be a good addition:). Nice ad on namepros.

    J.

  29. Flip That Frown says:

Hey rick. love the site here got cha bookmarked. As far as the colors in response to Emil @KING.NET comment. The point of effective advertising is to get you and everyone else talking. And look you telling pepole you cant look at it thus causing others to wonder what your talking about. EFFECTIVE RICK nice skills!!

  30. phpLD David says:

Yes, I came hre from namepros, and your newsletter sounds interesting. I’ll read a little more about you now. Sounds like you have an interesting story. :)

  31. Rick Latona says:

Jose, this is a version 2 design of the blog even though I only launched it a month ago. For some reason it went live without the RSS link. I’ll have it added back on Monday. Thanks for catching that. Keep in mind, however, that the Daily Domains list will not be on RSS, just my blog entries.

  32. Jeff says:

Namepros™ is abuzz and colorful, great advertising … I’m looking forward to your newsletter! :)

  33. Lyte says:

Anytime you wanna sponsor PC101.com… you let me know! :)

    Lyte

  34. I signed up for the newsletter this time around, I’m loving these new NamePros skins!

  35. Gary says:

    Hey Rick,
I’m here after dnjournal and love guerilla marketing. Must feel great to see yourself on that top sales chart with the sales commission in your own pocket. Your site is an eye catcher for sure. My difficulty is with that shade of color to the right. (After being with America’s second biggest retailer for the past year, I have given up OJ for breakfast to avoid that color outside of work.) But I’ll make an exception here because I’m extremely impressed with your political philosophy. You are dead-on correct. (I almost said right). I sit here waiting for some generous neo-con to open his wallet and buy my novote.com this election. lol.
    Best wishes;
    Gary Maul
